Although the exercises in this program are easy to use, I have to burst your bubble – this system is NOT your “magic pill” to weight loss! Any system, and I repeat, any system that says “Lose 50lbs in 2 weeks with this exercise” (blah, blah), is a scam! All exercises that you do (Pilates, P90X, Insanity) will never work if it’s not accompanied by healthy eating choices. It’s diet PLUS an exercise program that promotes weight loss, not just exercise!

It’s up to you to succeed!
As you can see from the reviews, this system does work! In order for you to achieve your fitness goals, you have to be committed, determined, and focused! You have to be committed in making healthy eating choices! You have to be determined to use the system 3-4 times a week! Lastly you have to stay focused on this path!
Although you will see results after the first couple weeks, you have to keep pushing for that extra rep! You have to keep pushing for that extra minute, for that extra second! Although you may not physically see what that extra second did, your slowly gearing your mind to successful thinking! If you were able to do 1 minute and 1 second yesterday, you CAN do 1 minute and 2 seconds today!
